About Me

I live in 100 Mile House, B.C. It is a small town in a fairly remote area. We have several wonderful yoga teachers here that I am learning from and going to teach with. I am 57 years old, mother and grandmother and I work in Mental Health . I am planning to teach Karma classes in my community for people with multiple barriers as part of my practice.

About My Service

I am teaching beginner and medium level Hatha and Vinyasa flow classes. I will be adding more styles of yoga as I recieve the training and look forward to providing classes in many disciplines as I learn to teach them.
