About Me

I am a ten-year practitioner and am 48 years old. I have a background in theatre and trained in a conservatory program that contained a lot of breath work, body work, Alexander Technique and movement practice. I am also a professional taiko drummer and am one half of the duo Booming Tree. I have become a serious yoga practitioner in an effort to sustain my performing career. (Balance, range of motion, core strength, mental clarity and inner peace.)
