About Me
Holistic modalities have changed my life. Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Reflexology and Sound Therapy have all been apart of my healing journey and I want to give that back to others. I offer smaller Yoga classes including restorative, fascial release and gentle flow as well as Reiki, Reflexology and Sound Therapy to help empower people to heal their mind, body and spirit as they move through their healing journey.
