About Me
I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) since 2004. I have been married for 33 years and have three grown boys. (Our eldest son is married and we have a beautiful little grand daughter who is 16 months old, and our youngest son will be married this September.) I have been a great mother to them and it's now my time to pursue my dream of being an amazing yoga teacher. I have learned from the best and will continue to do so as I absolutely love attending the annual Yoga Conference at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Health and fitness has always been my passion. I have been going to the ORC (Ontario Racket Club) at least 4 to 5 times/week and have been a member for 18 years.
About My Service
I will be teaching yoga to a small group of ladies in Oakville in a new Condominium Building.
