About Me

I was introduced to yoga more than 19 years ago and fell in love with it since. at first, Yoga was a hobby, but soon after it became my therapy and then my daily routine. I am grateful I got trained by some of the most genuine yoga masters in Dubai and Thailand. Over the years I enjoyed exploring different types of yoga from Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Yin and suspension yoga.
Following my passion to inspire others to find their inner peace and improve their well-being, I decided to quit the corporate business and focus on teaching yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
Recently, I established a new Yoga school in Montreal (Serene Yoga School) hoping to share my international experience with my new community.
