I just received my yoga teacher certification and am excited to begin teaching! I began practicing yoga 3 years ago to improve my flexibility and tone muscles. Through practicing at home and then at Oranj Fitness I learned so much more about the depth of yoga. II love vinyasa and ashtanga, but have a deep appreciation yin and restorative yoga.
