About Me

I am originally from Nova Scotia and living in Edmonton, Alberta. Always interested in yoga, I completed my teacher training in Fort McMurray in 2014. I have a great love for my practise and teaching others to incorporate yoga into their daily lives. After a break from teaching, I am reinstating my license and hoping to further my education in the following years.
