About Me

I am 23 years old and am very passionate about yoga. I love the how it makes me feel physically and spiritually. I took my YTT this past year in Mexico and fell in love . Yin is my favorite style of yoga. I love the meditative aspect of it. I cant wait to share my passion with the classes I teach.
