About Me

I have a diverse background and studies in Hatha, Kundalini, Anusara, Ayurveda and Meditation. I believe the body holds so much wisdom and we just need to slow down and listen to it and get into the “flow”. My mission is to cultivate peace in the lives of others through the practice of yoga, Ayurveda and meditation, both on and off the mat. My deepest intention is that you begin to realize that you are more than what you think you are. There is an inner depth, a space you can live your life from and experience true happiness, peace and fulfillment. Yoga and Meditation practices have taught me to be kind and respectful of my body, to nurture my soul. Both have also provided me with the tools to adapt to challenging situations off the mat, to ease through times of transition and to remain grounded while on my path, to be at one with my own inner truth. I hope that I can share her passion for meditation, yoga, Ayurveda and movement of the body with you in one of her trainings or classes.
