About Me

Was introduced to yoga by Val and Hart in the early 90s. Practiced on and off till 2012 when I realized my back health was much improved when doing yoga. Returned to yoga, practicing @ Moksha Hot Yoga. Wanted to explore teaching as a result of a teaching experience in Jamaica in Feb. 2016. Here I am..... a newly hatched yoga teacher. ..... well sort of. I have 20 years of college level instruction experience in fields of Marketing and Management.
