About Me

Sarah first started to study yoga in Toronto back in 2004 and since then has had the pleasure of studying different practices in many different countries including Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador and Mexico. Taking what she has learned from these exotic places and receiving her 300H YTT, she started teaching Yoga in 2016.

First and foremost Sarah believes Yoga should be FUN! Flawlessly crafting her class’ she likes to try new things, pushing boundaries and comfort zones, while usually sticking to a type of theme (ie: Courage, Energy, Strength, Ambition etc.).

Through a mix of breath, vigorous fiery flow or holding poses, mixed gentle movements and meditation; at the end of your practice, you’ll be feeling connected to oneself, cheerful and blissful.

“My intention for teaching yoga is to have your practice let you connect with your mind, body, and spirit.”

Her goal is simple - to see you fall in love with yourself and your practice

About My Service

Hatha Yoga – This Hatha biased class will start off in a type of meditation to set your intentions right for your practice with us. Moving from Sun Salutations through to flow series and possibly some fun balancing postures, we make sure to work every muscle group, including your brain! Ending the class with the best asana (posture) ever, Corpse pose, complete with a fantastic head massage. 60, 75 or 90 min.

Detox Yoga - Purify Your Body, Mind, and Spirit. Every day, we are exposed to toxins—through the food we eat, the air we breathe, and the products we use. Even our thoughts and emotions, when negative or repressed, can be as unhealthy as a poor diet or sedentary lifestyle. A combination of twists, folds, compression of the digestive system, core strengthening and heat-inducing breath will eliminate toxins and leave you feeling rejuvenated and sweaty! 60 min.

Restorative Yoga – Restorative is a great way to unwind your mind and body from a busy week, releasing stress and it helps you sleep soundly and deeply!
This class is biased around supported postures to help with enhancing flexibility, relaxation, mindfulness, balancing the nervous and immune systems, enhancing your mood, staying in each posture for minutes at a time. Adjustments and massages are received while in these postures as well! 60 min. 90 min. with Hot Stones

Thai Massage - The recipient remains clothed during a treatment. There is constant body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked. The recipient of the massage wears loose, comfortable clothing and lies on a mat or firm mattress on the floor.
The receiver will be positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions during the course of the massage, which is also combined with deep static and rhythmic pressures.
The massage generally follows designated lines ("sen") in the body. The legs and feet of the giver can be used to position the body or limbs of the recipient. In other positions, hands fix the body, while the feet do the massaging.
Includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body. This may include pulling fingers, toes, ears, cracking knuckles, and moving the recipient's body into many different positions.

Pilates – Guide the class with the original 27 Pilates mat exercises at three levels: modified basic, beginner, and intermediate while transitioning between these levels in a safe and functional way with students using Joseph Pilates original mat program called “contrology”. As well as detect improper form, cueing techniques and offer modifications, in a fun, fast paste class of 60 min.!
