About Me

I studied artistic gymnastics with the first World Champion Ludmila Savinkova when I was a kid. These days yoga brings me the same feeling of "everything is possible" which I experienced then, and a sense of playfulness known only in childhood that is the source of all creativity. "We don't stop playing because we are getting older; we are getting older because we stop playing".

About My Service

More gentle approach. In my classes i emphasize finding opening in the body and mind, moving with support of the skeleton, rather then pushing and pulling to the limit. I want my students to learn something about themselves and the way they move in each class, rather then merely repeating the pose. I teach both private and public classes.
