About Me

I was born and raised in a small town in northern Manitoba. While I was going to school in BC is when I first experienced yoga. When I moved back to Manitoba I discovered Vinyasa yoga and completely fell in love. I have prior experience teaching as I was a swim instructor since the age of 16 and knew it was something I enjoyed doing. When I found out our small town yoga studio was offering teacher training in Vinyasa style, I knew I had to do it. I've been teaching 2-3 times a week since the end of August when I got my certification and have never felt more confident in the decision I made to become a yoga teacher. It's something I am completely passionate about and could not see my life without yoga in it.
