About Me

I am interested in teaching yoga to seniors in my community. I am a 8 yr. breast cancer survivor and have also taken Lymphatic Yoga training from Edely Wallace RYT who is also a Lymph Specialist. I am currently teaching this practice to my local Breast Cancer Group in Kingston, Ontario.
