About Me

Jivasus (Pradeep Kumar) teachings are called as Naturality or Sahajta. Naturality is to to live according to our nature and walk our own path. His teachings explore the fear of death (and life) and freedom from that fear. He experienced his first awakening during his stay in Sivananda ashram, Rishikesh, which culminated in the realization that death is not the end of life. Only body and mind die but the consciousness is immortal.

He found his Guru in Shirdi Sai Baba. For him, Baba is the perfect embodiment of Naturality and Sanatan Dharma (timeless spirituality).

Born in 1956, Jivasu was trained as a pediatrician in India. He with his wife Karen served as voluntary medical doctors in the remote villages of Uttarakhand Himalayas.

Currently Jivasu is teaching Naturality programs in Canada, India and other countries.

He is the author of many books including: Sai Sadhna, Meditation: A Path of Relaxation, Awareness and Expansion of Awareness, Naturality, Science of Naturality, From Death to Immortality.
