About Me

I came to the wonderful world of yoga through a course at a local college and went onto study at Yasodara Ashram in 1988, completing their 3 month residential Yoga teacher training course. I have continued to study with any and all teachers that I discover in my travels. I am currently enrolled in an online course with Leslie Kaminoff of the Breathing Project.
As well I have studied Vipassana meditation for over 20 years.
