About Me

As part of a major life transition and celebrating my 60th birthday I took the Yoga Teacher Training program. I wanted to empower myself and embark on a program to teach other aging baby boomers to keep strong and flexible so we all can take care of ourselves and continue a healthy life for as long as we can.
