About Me

I have been a single mom for the last 10 years, raised three beautiful children, wouldn't change a thing. I have practiced many styles of yoga in the past 18 years, and always come back to Hatha. At 50 I decided to take my teacher training, something I have always wanted to do, in the beginning the purpose was to improve my own personal practice, as the training progressed and I began my Seva, I realized I can not keep this wonderful knowledge and feeling to myself, I must share it. I have a daily yoga and meditation practice, and have started to teach at Ohana studio in Callander, ON
