About Me
I have been studying the practice of yoga and energy work for 10 years. I have had many inspiring teachers along the way, including, Baron Baptiste, Seane Corn, Jason Crandell, Kia Miller amongst many others. I believe that yoga is a journey into the deepest most unchangeable parts of you and as a teacher and life long student it is an honour to pass this gift to others.
I am grateful to teach students to become teachers at my studio through the Illuminated Teacher Training Program. It is both a journey for myself and every new student that graces the studios steps. We learn from each other how to teach, grow and become better individuals.
About My Service
I am a yoga teacher, shamanic practitioner, reiki master and believer in change and new possibility!
I teach classes that range from vinyasa to kriya and power to restorative. My theme and focus in every class is to become present and connected to the deeper part of you that is always listening.
I look forward to connecting with you through the power of yoga and the uplifting power of spiritual healing, including reiki and shamanic divination.
