About Me

I graduated from Athletic Therapy at Mount Royal college in 1992 and went on to study physical education at U of C. In 1996 I began the Rolfing program in Bo Co and began regular trips to india to study yoga and when in Boulder studied with Richard freeman. I have since been Rolfing, massaging and teaching trainings and specialty classes full time.

About My Service
