About Me
I have finished my 200 hour Hatha Yoga Training. I have some exposure to meditation, and have accessed my Primordial Sound mantra. My practice of yoga has mostly been Hatha which I love! I have taught a few Hatha course in a local Hot Yoga Studio.
In April, 2013 I compeleted 40 hours of Restorative Teacher Training.
Presently I am teaching Hatha Yoga in the community of Pefferlaw and Udora.
