About Me

I enjoyed my 200 hr.training at Upward Dog yoga center immensely and started to teach classes at my home studio and many other studios in Ottawa for the past few years years.I found Yin yoga while researching about yoga and loved it.I have 30 hr.training with Paul Grilley and have been teaching and practicing yin for the past 5 years.
