About Me
Hi there! I am a recently qualified yoga instructor. I am looking forward, like all yogis who pursue a teacher training, to bringing greater health and happiness to my students' lives! I have studied yoga for eight years, and other forms of expressive, movement based fitness such as gymnastics and modern dance since my youth. As a qualified high school teacher, I also hope to work with children/youths and use yoga as a healthy way to cultivate concentration and aid stress relief.
