About Me

I have a Diploma in Health Sciences and my BSc. in Exercise Science (1998). I am a registered acupuncturist and Bowen Therapist /Practitioner with 15 years experience.
I am dedicated to Yoga, I love doing Yoga, and I enjoy passing that love onto my yoga students!

About My Service

Over the past 13 years I have been teaching 3-5 classes/week in a small rural community (with big enthusiasm for yoga :-)
I am teaching three types of classes: Gentle Yoga, the ABC's of Yoga, and Core Yoga.
