About Me

I am a Grade 1/2 teacher who is passionate about teaching children how to read through phonemic awareness. My journey with yoga has changed my life and helped me in ways that I would never have imagined. I hope that I can inspire those around me and the children I teach to incorporate the 8 limbs of yoga into their lives as well.
