About Me

I remember as a child I would follow my mothers’ movements when she did her morning Sun Salutations. I can still feel the sense of joy and calm while we did her practice, and I was simply happy to watch and follow along to capture that beautiful energy.
I completed my RYT 200 in 2021. In this adventure, I feel blessed to be part of the yoga community. I am grateful to able to pursue other holistic healing training, such as Sound Therapy and Sound Healing, different types and styles of Yoga or Aromatherapy to further my practice and to share in my teachings.
