About Me

I live and work on the unceded territory of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) peoples on a little island in the Salish Sea just off of Vancouver, BC Canada. In my spare time, I walk and hike and do yoga with my dog and husband, we spend time with our grown children whenever we get the chance. We attend and run our local farmers market, we grow food and keep chickens. For work I provide massage therapy for people and am working towards a yoga therapy certification. About My Service

I am currently teaching 6 week series, yoga therapy style classes. The class is specific to the students needs. Tailored to their physical, emotional and spirital make up. The classes are limited to 7 participants and currently done on-line.
