About Me

Once we completed our training, each student was assigned a name in Sanscrit. Mine is Kalynda which stands for Sun or Sunshine and this is the energy hope to being to each class I teach. Yoga brings me so much joy and I am so grateful that it found me. I am excited to share this passion with my students as we connect the physical and spiritual worlds to better our wellbeing.
