About Me

My name is Jodi - Lee, I'm an RMT, I became certified 200Hr yoga teacher last year. I also specialize in Neurokinetic, Sport Therapy, Taping and Musculoskeletal Assessment.

My goals are to bring a condition based yoga classes to people who want to improve their overall health and wellness and body awareness. Welcoming them into a space of acceptance, grace, longevity, though guided practice.
