About Me

I have done many cycles with Christine Selda and the Shamanic Yoga Institute. In 2022, I co-led the teacher training and taught the Shamanic Yoga curriculum.

I am passionate about bringing the philosophies of yoga into public yoga spaces.

This includes singing mantras and Bhakti as I have also studied Nada Yoga. I am deeply curious about sound and how it can support our practice to experience the states of union.

In 2021, I took over Shala Yoga in Squamish, BC and have been successfully running this studio.

I am now looking at launching my own teacher training to be taught out of the studio and would love to start that process.
