I've been a practicing yogi for many many years. COVID gave me the time to get my 200 HR Hatha Certification and I absolutely love sharing yoga with my students!
I love hiking and the outdoors, I have operated my own travel business for 42 years and take women annual on walking and cultural tours WORLDWIDE!
