About Me

I have been a stay at home Mom to my two beautiful girls for 8 years. I found yoga 12 years ago and have been practicing ever since, I decided to take my 200 hour YTT as a way to connect deeper with myself and share my love of yoga with others. I enjoy all different types of yoga practice and teach hatha and vinyasa style.
