About Me

I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Prana Yoga Teacher Training Institute in 2012 and then completed her Kids Yoga and Prenatal Yoga certifications. I've worked with students of all ages and abilities.

In 2014 I established myself with The Langley Knights and since then has been working closely with athletes. 2015 I became the Yoga Teacher for The Monarch Hockey Camps, and has been with them for 8 years. 2021 Shelby was given a huge opportunity to teach the Canadian Women's 8 Rowing Team through zoom during the Olympics.
