I am a very patient and Observant Person who likes to look at life as a biggest gift and embrace it with open heart. Understanding Yoga for years have brought me peace and helped me to learn that the solution for every question lies within us. About My Service

Helping Individuals to understand and practice Yoga and Meditation in the most authentic form and in a simpler way as I have learned from my Elders and my Yoga Teachers. The Yoga I learnt, practice and will be teaching is Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga.
