About Me

I have always been interested in yoga and in 2013 I completed my 200-hour training. Having a gymnastic background definitely helped me to understand the body mechanics of yoga. I love teaching yoga to adults but also love teaching children. I feel it’s so important for everyone to have mindfulness in their lives.
