I am a yoga, breathwork, meditation teacher. I am also a Pachakuti Mesa Shamanic Tradition sanctioned teacher. Spiritual Mentor, healer, and soul activator. I am also an Ayurvedic Coach, just finishing my Counsellor studies with Kerala Ayurveda USA.

About My Service

I teach Anusara yoga classes, as well as, I am the founder of Yoga Spirit Medicine.

Yoga Spirit Medicine is a shamanic lead yoga practice to cultivate a deeper connection within, remember your personal medicine and anchor into a sacred space of deep healing. Includes: yoga spirit medicine flow, breath-work, toning, kriya, shamanic ritual and ceremony, shamanic journeying, shadow work and a group shamanic energy healing, anchored into the sacred space of our urban lodge by the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition Shamanic Altar.
