YogaFaith has many specialty trainings ranging from 25 to 1000 hours. Trainings include Restorative, Yin, Children's, Trauma Sensitive, Meditation and Nidra, Pranayama, Ancient Paths and World Religions, 12 Step and Recovery, Adaptive, Sozo and Somatics, Dance and Embodiment, our foundational 100 hour, 200 hours and 300/500 hour Masters Program. We also offer an IAYT Certified 800 and 1000 hour Yoga Therapy Program.
