About Me

I am an experienced teacher with over 30 years of teaching. I started my career in the high impact step era, managed some group fitness centres and worked in corporate fitness centres. My lates certification and training has been in Stotts Pilates. Currently I am teaching at several clubs, a Pilates training centre and yoga studios. I just love to share my passion of movement.
