About Me

I love, love, love to learn and when I am not studying something yoga related, I study wine. I have WSET Level 1 & 2 certifications and I am also a certified French Wine Professional as well as a certified Food & Wine Pairing Professional. I'm also a (published) writer. It is my intention to one day write and publish a book. Something that will uplift and inspire others. I also intend to take more YTT's !!

About My Service

I teach a wide variety of styles of yoga -- everything from Beginners yoga to trauma sensitive classes. I've been so fortunate to experience so many people and groups of people that my teaching is informed by my observations. I strive to make yoga accessible and enjoyable to anyone who walks through my door.
