About Me

I'm 65 and retired a couple of years ago and since I have been practicing yoga for several years I decided that I would like to share my love of yoga with others and hence took the yoga teacher training at Amana. Since completing the course I have started with teaching friends and family and started formally teaching a weekly class in July of this year.
