About Me

I am a psychotherapist and work in an outpatient mental health facility specifically in trauma. I have come to recognize the power of transformation that yoga has been in my own life and in many others I know. I have recently trained to become a yoga teacher to teach the importance of grounding to the present moment and being connected to your body, breath and heart in healing from trauma.
