About Me

I am a senior who began practising yoga later in life. I enjoy my own practice, and passing on to others what I have learned. My teaching almost exclusively has been by volunteering to teach a free weekly class at Canadian Mental Health Association, Winnipeg. Pre-covid, during 2 winters I did some teaching at resorts in Cuba.
