5 hours of Class Instruction at the Lindsay Recreation Complex, City of Kawartha Lakes Rec. Dept.
While on Holidays I read and Practiced approximately 4 hours from the "Classic Yoga for Fitness and Relaxation" by Vimla Lalvani. The Sequences were quite different from my original teaching and I found the change to be refreshing and added a new creativity to some of my classes afterwords.
