Uplifted 300/500 hour yoga teacher training
This was a 300 hour advanced yoga teacher training for teachers with a 200 level certification to obtain the full 500 hours. It included advanced concepts in anatomy and physiology, the chakra system, mantra and chanting, injury prevention, restorative yoga, teaching and class sequencing, trauma informed yoga, as well as coaching, business and marketing for yogi-prenuers. The program was offered through UpLifted with Brett Larkin and guest teachers.
