Prenatal Yoga
Yoga to support a woman throughout the 3 trimesters of pregnancy: poses and modifications for pregnancy, poses that work well for each trimester, use of meditation, nutrition during pregnancy, physical and emotional changes throughout pregnancy, medical tests required, roles of the Doula, Midwife, and OB; plan a 10 weekly Prenatal Yoga classes that include a meditation, warm up, yoga sequences, cool down, and savasana.
