45:00, Jim Bennett demonstrates a powerful sequence of grounding poses; child's pose to table pose, downward dog to hands and knees to child's pose sequence utilizing the breath in a good pace for all levels. I like his moon salutations, low lunges and forward folds to completely release the body. He does a nice series of standing twists as well as padagustasana, squats, crocodile to child's pose and seated twists.
