20:00, Ellen Huang Saltarelli uses a chair, strap, resistance band for her practice. He sequences begin with belted thighs and feet and legs on the chair and lifts and lowers hips. Powerful back conditioning for core strength. Continuing with knees bent and feet on chair lifting and lowering hips 10-15 times. Next: one leg at a time while lifting and lowering. Then, take away chair and continue while thighs are belted. She continues with tricep dips for optimal strength and conditioning. 2/15/21
