Ellen Huang Saltarelli teaches Iyengar based poses using the chair and blocks for optimal strengthening for opening for the side body. She also utilizes a stretchy band tied to the chair to increase subtle movements in side planks using the chair with the feet pressing into the wall. She demonstrates powerful sequencing to activate the the side body while moving into deepening poses.
