Yoga Drills for Strength and Endurance

This class is filled with Tabata drills and taught by Kat Heagberg. From yogi bicycles, side planks and leg extensions we are challenged to do many sets with a small 10 second rest in between each set. Kat demonstrated three different side planks; on the straight arm, forearm and knee to accommodate different levels.
