In this "little bit of everything" practice with Dianne Bondy we are led through a Vinyasa sequence for the whole body. Sometimes we don't have an hour to practice and this 15 minute practice gets all the high points and modifications. She shows planks, downward dog, cat cow, Vera II and many others as one pose builds upon the next deepening pose.
